Puccini is inspired by the famous sparkling cocktail made with Prosecco and mandarin.

It is made by mixing  wine and pure organic fruit juice at a low temperature.

The fruits come from Ciaculli and they are harvested at the best time, in order to maintain taste and aroma and they are mixed at a mild temperature.

The grapes and the fruit have been grown at the right time of the year by environmentally friendly farmers who use sustainable methods of agriculture. No pesticides are used.

INGREDIENTI

Late ripening mandarins from Ciaculli (33%), organic Chardonnay IGT Lazio wine (67%) and carbon dioxide.

Contains sulphites.
