Southern Tyrol aperitif characterized by the unmistakable scent of the syrup obtained from the infusion of elderberry shrub flowers soaked in cold water.
Elderflowers are harvested in pristine mountain locations of the Val di Sole from April to July, depending on the altitude.
The grapes have been grown by environmentally friendly farmers who use sustainable methods. No pesticides are used.
The drums on tap are made of recyclable material which protects the cocktail from air and guarantees freshness, taste and quality.
Chardonnay IGT Lazio organic wine (80%), wild elderflower syrup (20%) and carbon dioxide.
