It is important to gently invert the keg several times to mix the drink.
Do not shake.
Cool the keg in the refrigerator.
During service, refrigerate the keg in the ICE BAG, with ice or synthetic ice.
The ideal temperature is between 5 and 7 degrees.
To tap the drink, you need to use a tap with a specific attachment. If you are using the “KEG TOP DISPENSER”, insert the white tube until it fits into place.
- Remove the cap from the drum, clean the valve and install the clean dispenser, making sure that the open / close lever is lowered (!).
- Lift the open / close lever.
- Pump by pressing the top of the pump to dispense the drink.
