Non-alcoholic version of the South Tyrolean aperitif characterized by an unmistakable scent of elderflowers.
The use of Glera grapes is our homage to the original recipe: without alcohol but with all Hugo’s original ingredients.
Glera grape juice, water, flower syrup wild elderberry, carbon dioxide.
Alcoholic volume 0%
Serve very cold at 2 – 5 *C., in a large glass with ice and garnish with a slice of apple and a few mint leaves.
