Gin and Tonic prepared from a light infusion of cardamom and juniper in London Dry Gin (one part) and tonic water flavored with white pepper, lavender, and citrus (three parts).
The mixing is very quick and takes place at a low temperature.
The result is a light and clean-tasting version, with subtle balsamic notes.
